Under the Agreement, the parties agreed to cooperate in the following main areas:

• Assistance in promotion and implementation of business projects on the inside of the Russian and international sites;
• assistance to effective interaction of small and medium-sized business with the authorities and structures of state power in the region;
• assistance in modernization and innovative development of the Russian economy;
• exchange of information on potential projects of the Parties, including preliminary expert assessment of the conditions, structure and stages of project implementation;
• Harmonization of the procedure and mechanisms for reviewing projects for the Parties’ interest in their implementation;
• informing the Parties of their partners and / or potential partners about programs and projects implemented with the participation of the Parties;
• exchange of information and marketing materials of the Parties for use in work and informing the professional community about the products of each Party;
• organization and joint participation in scientific and practical conferences, forums, seminars, exhibitions on investment activities and the development of small and medium-sized businesses; – interaction with public organizations and the expert community.
